We believe that we should be responsible corporate citizens by giving something back to our community by participating in non-profit activities. These activities not only help the community but also build team member pride and teamwork.

By participating in United Way, our organization is helping build partnerships within our community. Our contributions have enhanced services through the 2-1-1 Call Center, help support 79 programs through 37 agencies, and assisted 60,000 Buncombe County residents in their time of need.

“Save the food, feed the hungry,” is Manna Food Bank’s mission. This not-for-profit service organization links the food industry with over 300 member agencies in 17 counties. Our involvement helps educate and unite people to end hunger in Western North Carolina.

Building affordable homes for people in Buncombe County is the vision of Habitat for Humanity. Each piece of wood and every nail builds a warm, safe environment for people in our community. Whether we volunteer on a job site, or assist at their Home Store, we help change lives.

The Junior Achievement experience gives young people direction, encouragement, knowledge and skills to make choices in their lives. Biltmore Farms Hotels and their associates are passionate to bring Junior Achievement’s programs to life for students at all levels, kindergarten through high school. The experience is measurable and memorable, both for the kids and the adults. Most importantly, it changes lives for the better.
